Appleは、取締役に元ボーイングのCFO（最高財務責任者）とコーポレート・プレジデントを務めたJames A. Bell氏を選出したと発表しています。
James A. Bell氏は、Appleの他にも、JP Morgan Chase、Dow Chemical Company、CDW、Trustee of Chicago’s Rush University Medical Centerの取締役も務めている人物だそうです。
なお、James A. Bell氏を加えたことで、Appleの取締役会はTim Cook氏を含めて8人ということになります。
